I knew something was wrong. 
 
I had two kids at home... two pregnancies before that and my hair had been thick. Luxurious even.
 
Now my heart was thudding all. the. time. My skin felt like it was crawling, and the most obvious symptom was my thinning hair, the huge bald patches at my temples, the fist fulls that would fall out every time I washed my hair, the clumps I'd find on my pillow in the morning, and every time I brushed my hair.
 
I felt like I was loosing my marbles... four months into this pregnancy and I knew: Something was up. 
 
And something was indeed up.
 
Some six years later and my thyroid and I had to part ways, but I learned some fun stuff, including how to wear a wig when the thinning got a little too thin...
