While finishing up college in my early twenties I was waitressing at a fast food chain. I was over it and ready to move on and so when I heard about an upscale lobster restaurant coming to town, I decided to apply to waitress there. I was hired and during our first staff meet and greet, I laid eyes on my now husband and that was it... smitten would have been putting it lightly. 
We would go on many dates to Mystic Aquarium, we lived in New England, and when we did get married, we did so at the aquarium. The lobster became our little symbol; my husband even has one on his wedding band. When I see lobsters I immediately think of my husband; our aquarium dates; our wedding; and of course the delicous butter sauce. Although I eventually graduated college and left the seafood restaurant biz, I can tell you one thing about lobster... no one ever eats a lobster dinner with a frown on their face.
